Lawyering Peace Negotiation Simulations

PILPG hosts negotiation simulations for law school students and summer associates to build skills including creating and applying negotiation strategies, exploring opposing interests, dealing with high-pressure situations, and working on a team. The simulation series follows the methodology employed by the United States Department of State's National Foreign Affairs Training Institute, which runs similar negotiations to train U.S. diplomats.

War Crimes Watch

PILPG produces several regular publications on issues relevant to its clients and practice areas. Among thsee publications is a War Crimes Watch, a bi-weekly e-newsletter that compiles official documents and articles from major news sources detailing and analyzing salient issues pertaining to the investigation and prosecution of war crimes throughout the world.
